Will Republicans Follow The Stooges' Lead?

I saw this ad on TV last night:

Seriously, how bad are the focus group numbeers if you write off an entire demographic? Considering the poll numbers, Republicans might want to consider a similar plan in the fall.  They can't try the dirty tricks they use in minority areas by giving false election dates or precinct locations, so maybe this'll be their best chance.

  1. Republicans have found a new way to keep those pesky Democrats occupied and away from the polls. If this video does not speak volumes about the party and the entitlement generation we are raising I do not know what does.

  2. Hey, maybe you ought to check out my posts about Republicans being racist, sexist idiots before you recommend any potential voters watch this. But hey, Republicans can't get jokes that involve some intelligence.

    1. Seriously? That is what you took away from the video? The truth hurts I know. Just need to suck it up. LOL. It is actually a shortened version of a heart health commercial but funny nonetheless in this context. If one wanted to be a racist and emphasize government reliance (thank you Dem party) they would just post some Katrina footage. But I’m not, so I won’t.

    2. I would have taken the stairs to start with. You are the one who linked to a video that called those folks Democrats. It just so happens that Republicans get killed in those demographics. As for the Democrats making people reliant on the government, what states benefit most from government spending? Would that be the ones who vote more heavily Republican? I think it is.

    1. That is true. Old folks do tend to support Republicans. Probably because they know what it is like to have to work for a living. Young people today flock to the Democratic Party. I am entitled to a job. I am entitled to a car. I am entitled to a house. I am entitled to an education. You hear it enough you start to believe it.

  4. Give me a break. I know how idiotic Republican tax proposals are, that's one of the reasons why I hate the Republican party. Talk about working for a living, why do Republicans value unearned income ahead of earned income? Why did Republicans add an unpaid-for Medicare drug benefit for those seniors who know what it's like to work for a living? Maybe because those seniors were stuck being unable to afford those drugs after working for a living?
